General provisions
These Terms of Purchase and Returns define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the buyer and the seller when purchasing goods from the website. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
Formation of the sales contract
The sales contract is considered concluded once the buyer places an order and receives confirmation. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if it cannot be fulfilled.
Prices and payment
All prices are indicated in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are made using the methods provided on the website.
Delivery of goods
Goods are delivered to the address specified by the buyer or by another selected delivery method. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
Returns and exchanges
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing a reason. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases of defective goods.
Refunds
Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction within 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned goods. The seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned.
Non-returnable goods
Custom-made or personalized goods, goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, and other goods defined by applicable law are not returnable.
Liability
The seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the goods. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Final provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or in accordance with applicable law.
